The ITU's full name is the International Telecommuication Union, means the International Telecommunication Union (ITU). ITU was founded in 1865, and in 1947, to become the United Nations under the Communication Management Organization, specializing in cross-communication between the government rules to establish coordination and management, and the development of many protocols. We use communication facilities such as telephone, mobile phone, FAX, E-MAIL, or even radio or TV, product are derived ITU. ITU is responsible for the integration and coordination of international communications facilities and services, and is committed to the communication related technologies to be developed and improved.
