IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers) is the Institute of electrical and electronics engineers, it is by the AIEE (American Institute of Electrical Engineers) United States Institute of electrical engineers and the IRE (Institute of Radio Engineers), Institute of radio engineers, Jointly established in 1963. Creation of the IEEE, and is the leading electronics, the promotion of innovation in electronics, and provides members substantial assistance. AIEE's main function is to develop norms of early electronics, but by 1912, because of the rapid opening of electronic knowledge, norms of the AIEE, can not meet the demand for some of the emerging electronics industry dominated by radio, while IRE began to emerge. IRE from unions and the radio Association of radio and telecommunications engineers join together to form, when the radio industry matures, United States radio trade unions and associations, in order to further develop, with the establishment of the IRE, and worked with the foreign wireless operators. AIEE had encountered a bottleneck at that time, and some of its members, then take this ride moved to the IRE, and, together with members of the IRE of the development of new industries.
