  The LT3922 is a monolithic, synchronous, step-up DC/ DC converter that utilizes fixed-frequency, peak current control and provides PWM dimming for a string of LEDs. The LED current is programmed by an analog voltage or the duty cycle of pulses at the CTRL pin. The LT3922 will maintain ±2% current regulation through an external sense resistor over a wide range of output voltages.

  Linear Technology introduces the LTC5566, a new wideband, high dynamic range dual channel mixer with integrated programmable variable gain IF amplifiers. This dual mixer has a very wide, 300MHz to 6GHz input frequency range, specifically optimized and with extensive characterization at the emerging 3.6GHz and 4.5GHz 5G bands, as well as the established 4G bands. Moreover, the device supports bandwidths up to 400MHz to meet the needs of the growing sub-6GHz 5G wireless access equipment. This dual mixer has outstanding dynamic range, with Input P1dB of +11.5dBm and Input IP3 of +25.5dBm at 3.6GHz. At higher frequencies, up to 5.8GHz, its IIP3 sustains more than +24dBm. The device’s integrated IF amplifier boosts the overall power conversion gain to a maximum of 12dB. The gain of each channel is independently programmed in precise 0.5dB steps via the onchip SPI bus. So, with each channel driving an A/D converter, the fine gain control provides a simple means to balance the gain of the two channels and calibrate to the optimum level with minimal external components.

  The LTM4643 is a quad DC/DC step-down μModule (power module) regulator with 3A per output. Outputs can be paralleled in an array for up to 12A capability. Included in the package are the switching controllers, power FETs, inductors and support components. Operating over an input voltage range of 4V to 20V or 2.375V to 20V with an external bias supply, the LTM4643 supports an output voltage range of 0.6V to 3.3V each set by a single external resistor. Its high efficiency design delivers 3A continuous output current per channel. Only bulk input and output capacitors are needed.

  Linear Technology Corporation introduces the LTM4643 quad output step-down μModule (power module) regulator, configurable as a single output (12A), dual (6A & 6A or 9A & 3A), or quad (3A each) regulator in a 9mm x 15mm x 1.82mm ultrathin LGA package. This flexibility enables system designers to rely on one simple and compact μModule regulator for a variety of voltage and load current requirements in FPGA, GPU, ASIC and processor-based applications. The 1.82mm height ultrathin package allows the LTM4643 to be mounted on the backside of the PCB, freeing space on the topside for components such as memory and connectors. The LTM4643 is suitable for systems with height restrictions, such as backside PCB assembly in PCIe applications and where the regulator must fit under a common heat sink or cold plate to cool high power FPGAs, GPUs, ASICs and processors in applications such as embedded computing, data storage, medical imaging and industrial systems.

The LTM2895 is a high speed isolated μModul (micromodule) SPI interface with DAC control signals designed to isolate LTC’s family of general purpose DACs and to isolate general purpose SPI interfaces. The LTM2895 works with DACs and general purpose devices that have a mode (0, 0) SPI interface.

The interface enables fast data throughput, which makes the LTM2895 ideally suited for a wide variety of applications. The high speed SPI-compatible serial port supports 1.71V to 5.5V logic supplies. The LTM2895 is targeted at generic SPI and digital-to-analog converter applications.

The LTM2893-1 is optimized for isolating the LTC2348 and similar families of simultaneous sampling ADCs that require writing configuration settings into the ADC. LTM2893 isolates the conversion start, sampling signal, with very low aperture jitter (30ps) and low latency (20ns).
