- Mar, 2001 Starting Incubation of Interactive Screen (IS) at Tsing Hua University Taiwan.
- May, 2003 Moved to Hsinchu Science Park.
- Jul, 2006 Set up Taipei Sales Office. |

- IDTI was granted Award for Excellent Enterprise 2003 by Small and Medium Enterprise Administration of Ministry of Economic Affairs.
- IDTI’s “Light-Pen Handwriting digital Input System” was granted Award for Innovative Technology in Research and Development in 2004 by Hsinchu Science Park Administration Bureau.
- IDTI was granted The Tenth Outstanding Photonics Product Award in 2007.
